  • It can decrease high blood pressure, help succeed weight and reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and all types of cancer situations that can increase weakness to COVID-19.

Looking after our mental health

  • The new truths of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends, and colleagues take time to get used to.

Social contact is important.· Video games. While video games are a good way to relax, it can be attractive to spend much more time on them than usual when at home for long periods.  

Healthy at home quitting smoking-

  • Smokers have a higher risk of getting coronavirus because they are constantly putting their hands to their lips.
  • Quit today to reduce these
