Hand wash and Covid -19
- Regular handwashing is a good source for removing germs, avoiding disease, and preventing the spread of germs to others.

- Washing hands can keep you healthy and prevent the spread of respiratory and diarrhea infections from one person to another.
- Proper handwash not only reduces the vicinity of coronaviruses (COVID-19), it can prevent the spread of other viral diseases such as colds and flu.
Few steps for proper Handwashing:-
- Keep both your hands under clean, flowing water.
- Use a large amount of soap on the inside and back of your hands as well as your fingers.
- Rub both hands together and rotate the fingers of both your hands.
- Return both hands to the running water and wash the soap gently.
- Dry the water completely with your hands. It is good to take a disposable towel (paper towel) to avoid leaving germs on the towels. Air dryers commonly found in public bathrooms are also effective.
